Just curious, any of you use other size rogue bands besides the usual green and black for your mobilizations? Just wondering if any of the other sizes would be useful to get for certain body parts.
I use black for hips, ankle, some front rack.
Use blue/green for some shoulder stuff.
Some areas I used blue first then moved to up to green.
Progression is a key.
I have some athletes that I started with blue for hips, ankle and moved to green when we were seeing improvement and needed more resistance. Green was too much resistance when we started out.
