The tightness is just under my pelvis crest beside my spine, i have rolled and stretches and it still persists. And yes, ive stretched hips, hammies and made sure all is well. The tightness is from an injury a while ago that i have mostly gotten rid of, except for this tightness.

Many times low back or thoracic problems are caused by bad diaphragm mechanics.
Just found this site, great stuff! As a chiro get x-rays to assess the lower lumbar spine. If you have spinal arthritis then the irritated disc/nerves may be making your muscle hypertonic. Foam roll the poo out of it.
