Hey guys, so I squat like a duck… I have some really tight ankles in particular but I’ve been going after the whole body (daily rx thank you!). Anyway after many read throughs of Kelly’s book I noticed that when I go down stairs I toe out on each step… is this wrong? Should I be going down stairs with my toes pointed straight ahead?
