As Kaitilin said, go to the running series and the rebuilding your feet videos on the pro episodes. Lots of good information there about getting you headed in the right direction. It is possible to reclaim at least somewhat of a functional arch no matter where you are starting from. The worse the foot and ankle collapse when you start, the longer it will take of course.
