      A few months ago in a Daily Mwod Episode, Kelly mentioned someone in his gym who they’d been working with for a few months who began with very flat feet and over the months of work was beginning to develop an arch.  Does anyone have a clue which episode that was.  I’ve tried to find it, but can’t.  I was hoping that someone might know which that was, before I spend an evening watching every episode for the last few months.  Thanks.

      Have you watched the episodes or pro episode about flat feet and or Rebuilding Your Feet Series?

      As Kaitilin said, go to the running series and the rebuilding your feet videos on the pro episodes. Lots of good information there about getting you headed in the right direction. It is possible to reclaim at least somewhat of a functional arch no matter where you are starting from. The worse the foot and ankle collapse when you start, the longer it will take of course.

      Thanks for the answers.  I was actually just looking for that daily episode to encourage a friend who thinks there is no hope for her feet.

      I would recommend having your friend watch some of the episodes that address it. They can do the 10 day free trial.
      See that it is workable and able to be incorporated into their schedule 10-20:00 consistently.
      What does the person have to lose by taking a crack at it.
      There are few episodes which talk with athletes who are seeing improvements on things they didn’t think would improve.Just kind of happening with the episode
