A few months ago in a Daily Mwod Episode, Kelly mentioned someone in his gym who they’d been working with for a few months who began with very flat feet and over the months of work was beginning to develop an arch. Does anyone have a clue which episode that was. I’ve tried to find it, but can’t. I was hoping that someone might know which that was, before I spend an evening watching every episode for the last few months. Thanks.

I would recommend having your friend watch some of the episodes that address it. They can do the 10 day free trial.
