Yes the left hip flexors are less tight, TFL, Rectus femous the only muscle of the hip flexor the psoas is tight. The right side TFL/Rectus fem are tigher then the left

I can get deeper on the left side when I do the lunge stretch the right side is noticeably tighter.. all though the right glute functions better

Still im flexible all over.. I can nearly do the splits lol
