The battlestar has been featured in some of the Daily Rx content since it first came out, but you really don’t need a lot of specific info on how to use it. Just treat it similarly to a foam roller – it’s great for those places where a line of attack works better than the pinpoint approach of a lacrosse ball (so calves, triceps, etc).
