I’d have someone take a look at it.
A walk-in may be able to help. You’ve had it for a couple of weeks and it doesn’t sound like it is improving.
No discomfort or pain isn’t a reason to wait. Pain and discomfort are the last things to show up.
You may need an antibiotic to clear it up.
