thank you for your Reply. I am sorry, I didn’t state this explicitly but I am indeed seeing a specialized doctor. I am getting anti-inflammatory injections every three weeks. It was getting better, but now I am stuck, where I can use my shoulder but I am not allowed to train yet.

I just bought the plan and will try if it helps to strengthen the shoulder. Thanks again for replying. Have a great week!
