I really appreciate this info!  I had a new therapist the other day, and he was talking about how my shoulder does not sit all the way back, I asked if what I have is ever reffered to as Upper cross, and he said yes.  He also gave e the external rotation, given in the video.  Other than that I will focus on the wall angel (which I cannot do), a lot of tissue work+stretching, and a few other corrective exercises.  Anything I am missing?  
About how long did it take for you to fix the syndrome?  and did the pain go away once fixed?
