Katilin, tyvm for the response. There was not much of an explanation with this warning, just that I could be damaging my tissues even though there was no pain and it felt good. Which didn’t make sense to me and I was inclined to disregard it, though it was coming from a chiro.
Thanks for the link to the basic rules, all of which I satisfy: breath is easy and full, doesn’t feel at all sketchy, usually feels good and any discomfort feels productive + like a release and not painful or damaging.
