This 14-Day Mobility Challenge will focus on the OVERHEAD ARCHETYPE. Over the course of the 14 days you will improve shoulder, back, chest, and torso mobility, with a focus on flexion and external rotation of the shoulders, extension of the elbow, and T-spine mobility.

Start and finish the 14 days with a test/retest to measure your progress.
