The HookUp (Inventory)

The HookUp is a portable solution for mobility work at home or on the go. Whether you set it up in your hotel room, your living room, or a parking lot, all you need is a solid door that closes firmly and you’re good to go.

The strap is made of black nylon webbing and weighs 6.25 oz. and is 10.75″ long. The strap is connected to a heavy-duty, black steel carabiner. To use, simply toss the anchor point over the top or side of a door (or car door) and close it to keep the strap secure, then attach your TRS resistance band to the carabiner. The strap won’t damage the door, and it’s durable enough to perform almost all of the mobility exercises you perform with your resistance band in the gym.
