The 14-Day Mobility Challenge begins Monday, June 6th. We’ll send an email reminder the day before, and then every day of the Challenge we’ll send an email with that day’s mobilization included.

To participate in the Challenge, simply open each day’s email, click the link inside to the mobilization, and follow along!

We’re also asking that you post at least 3 times to your Instagram channel, tagging @thereadystate in the post and using the hashtag #14DayMobilityChallenge in your caption. You MUST post at least 3 times over the 14 days in order to qualify to win!

At the end of the Challenge we’ll randomly pick THREE winners, who will each receive a Ready State Prize Package.
