Wrist nerve issue? - The Ready State

  Hi Guys,
  
  You have probably heard about this a million times before, but I need to some help. I have an issue with my left wrist when going into rack position. It feels like there is a nerve or something that gets pinched. Feels like an electric current right in the middle of where the hand and wrist intersects. Only on my left hand side? Any ideas or mobility issues to reduce it?

  It may be something that originates at the elbow or shoulder.
