My goal for 2020 is to work towards being able to sit either Burmese or half lotus when I meditate. I currently kneel because when I sit cross legged my knees are near my ears and my back looks like a parentheses. I’ve purchased all of Kelly’s books but really am someone who needs to be told, “do this”! Is there a way to leverage the Ready State platform for this particular goal? Thanks so much!
Here are two mobility routines you can follow to work towards the goal of being able to sit in either the Burmese or half lotus.
Follow a mobility routine for 10 min a day and be consistent to see long term changes. Think in terms of months to a year instead of days or weeks. Best of luck on your goal!
