        Recently managed to score a job at a restaurant. I work about 5-6 hour shifts about 4 days of the week.

        I always make myself aware of how I’m standing, bracing, and walking. Problem is, I come home with really sore feet. Is there any kind of mobility I can do on myself every night I work prior to bedtime in order to prepare myself for the next shift?

        Appreciate the help/suggestions.

          if sore feet, i would use a lacrosse ball on the floor. put your foot on it, and massage the bottom of the foot.
