Im looking to a roller but cant decide on which one.
I would not recommend starting with a rumble roller. This may be an item you purchase down the road, but not a starting point.
The second one is a good place to start.
I highly suggest The Grid roller. You can do a lot with and its very easy to pack and take with you.
I would agree with Derek. I’ve used a variety of rollers, and the Grid reigns supreme in all aspects. It’s lightweight, durable, portable and immensely effective in smashing the tissue.
It’s a permanent staple in my gym bag, it goes with me every where.
The added benefit of the ‘lattice grid’ does give a git of a kneading effect on the tissues your smashing.
