This site was recommended to me by a friend who, like me, had extreme mobility issues. Just curious how to utilize this site best? My biggest issues are probably in my hips I have very limited range. Thanks for in advance for any advice.

Depending on where your limited range is will determine the episodes which are most applicable to your situation.
