Super excited to have access to this forum. Thank you TRS squad for helping me along the way.
Two quick questions, Kelly recommends 10-15 minutes ‘readiness’ work per day BUT how much intentional movement practice does Kelly do himself? (OR someone his proficiency)?
Also came across Kelly talking about Hang Archetype (my weakness) and potentially suggesting teeth grinding is related. Is this true?
Thanks again
Welcome Justin
10- 15 minutes a day is recommended for everyone. Checking in with different areas based on your pain, workout or sport, or a daily maintence day helps to address things before they become an issue. A daily practice keeps things in manageable doses. I see a difference when I don’t spend time.
Great question. I have between 40-75 min of training time/day. I get in lots of “prep” by sitting on the ground, doing class warmups.
I use warm ups as a way of hitting shapes and positions like “vitamins”. Then 15 min of mobs/softissue when I can/night.
