Just wondering if anyone has used Romwod? If so what is your opinion on it? I was wondering if there was a big difference between mwod and Romwod? Any input would be great
Romwod is basically a site that does a 20 minute yoga routine. The movements are static and the main premise is to breathe in the static stretches and let your muscles relax into a new range of motion.
Been doing it for a few weeks. I like it, but Daniel is right, it’s yoga. It’s a good compliment, but doesn’t replace what mwod is doing.
