Can somebody please help me with this issue.. I have been trying tirelessly to solve it and I can’t seem to figure it out. I have an issue with only my right leg only when taking certain shapes I will feel a odd pressure in knee joint and discomfort around patella tendon and MCL. It feels this way when I try to do the pigeon pose and Kelly says “if you feel knee pain to drop your knee off table” and also when I try to sit indian style. I have tried lots of things but just cant seem to solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
