      I apologize if this has been discussed, but has anyone had issues with the videos freezing up?  It’s been a problem for me for a month or so now and it doesn’t matter what device I use to watch the videos (mobile, tablet, laptop have all been tried).  I’ve also tried wireless connections and cellular connections and get the same results.  It should be pointed out that I live stream video and use other video streaming sites all the time without issue. It’s to the point where I may as well cancel the subscription because I can’t watch the videos uninterrupted.  Any suggestions on what else to try?

      Sorry to hear of the problems with the videos freezing.
      Have you connected using wifi?
      Watching in a lower resolution may help.
      Looking into it more for you.

      Any improvement doing the above?
      Clear the browser cache, disable any add ons or plug ins which might affect playback, then restart the device.
      Let me know if any of these help the situation.
