Emily Alexander.Emily AlexanderTwo days ago I was laying on my couch and all of a sudden I got extremly light headed. Had not moved . It lasted for about 30 seconds. It wasn’t a dizzy feeling, just very light headed. Today 4-7-16 I was standing at my stove and all of a sudden I got a very warm feeling at the base of my spine and it moved slowly down to the upper and back part of my legs, lasting again about 30 seconds…wondering what this could be????
