Voodoo Floss for Elbow - The Ready State

  Hi all,
  
  I decided to take the voodoo band to my elbow today to loosen up the joint and my hand almost immediately went numb. After about twenty seconds, it turned purple, and after about a minute, it started twitching involuntarily. Was it wrapped too tightly or incorrectly and thus cutting off blood flow? Any advice on how to prevent this or what might be causing it is greatly appreciated.

  Yes, it was not properly wrapped.
  Too tight for one.
  Always go by the rule if it feels sketchy it is sketchy
  If you think you are injuring yourself, STOP. Don’t over do it. More is not necessarily better.
