Is it normal to have uneven quads? When I lay down in a sit up posiiton and look at my quads, I notice that one is higher than the other. Is this normal? I feel like this issue just came about recently. I brought it up to my chiro thinking it was some postural imbalance or pelvis tilt, but he said that it was nothing to worry about. I just wanted to get some second opinions, though.
