Hi,
I used to be a professional ballet dancer, which makes me move pretty well but screws me over when doing anything heavy due to the fact my hips are super mobile…I’ve had Physio and it’s my QL that goes into spasm when everything gets pissed, and then my TFL joins the party.
Does anyone have anything similar, I find that somedays my pelvis feels like it’s by my ear on one side, which makes me look a tad wonky! If anyone has any stretches to put my pelvis back in alignment…or mobilty ideas to help me out so that I don’t break my back when I deadlift or squat clean, I’d be very grateful!!!
