Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
After watching a lot of videos on mwod and reading both of Kelley’s books, I’ve been trying to migrate off of my dress shoes and unnecessarily padded running shoes. I’ve mostly been going barefoot when possible, but that’s not always feasible.
I’ve found a few other threads on here about other shoe brands, but I can’t find anything about Xero Shoes. They seem like an even better (closer to barefoot and simpler) option than Merrel and others suggested on here.
Has anyone gotten these and can give any input? There are some reviews on Amazon, but I’m interested to hear from the likely more informed about mechanics audience of mwod.
