will tender areas like calves or triceps ever stop being tender? I have been rolling these areas in and off for 2 years.
These two areas are always tough for me in workouts as well. They always get tight. Is there something else that I can do?
If you are chronically tight areas in areas it could be you have incomplete access to all your positions and these areas may be picking up the slack and leading to compensations in your workouts. Check out the Ready State self assessments and see if you have full range of motion for all the archetypes
Find areas you may be restricted in and work on mobilizing those areas you don’t have full access to yet. Restoring your positions along with the soft tissue work should help.
