I’ve been enjoying the Supple leopard book for a few months now and my mobility is night and day, one thing Ive been wondering though, in the arm section it lists the biceps as a target muscle but all the exercises target the tricep, elbow and forearm, is there a reason the bicep is not worked specifically or are the tricep exercises supposed to translate over?
Not sure on that. If you follow the daily videos on the website, we cover the biceps quite often as it inserts into the elbow and just above as that tends to be an area of concern for people that can help with issues even up at the shoulder.
