Hi everybody! I am new here and trying to fix couple of problems that I have been having. I have a slight valgus problem in the knee that I am trying to solve by creating more torsion in the ankle joint thus not letting the foot collapse. However I noticed some pain/discomfort in the tibialis region. I tried to voodoo wrap it and move it through normal squatting while creating torsion. Now, my question really is, is there such a thing as too much torsion? Should I just keep on working on it until it feels pain free?

You should not experience pain when creating torsion.
Pain is your body’s way of letting you know something is not correct.
Are you creating torsion at the hip?
Have you had someone look at your squat technique?
