Hello I’m new to Mobwod but I started doing some ankle and hip mobility stuff because I’m really into body weight training and gymnastics wod type work outs. So far after only two days I’ve really improved my squat position and can almost get into full squat with toes forward. Anyway when I’m working the couch stretch everything is great when my left leg is behind and I’m leaning on the right leg but I have problems when I switch. If my right leg is behind and I lean towards my left leg, The left leg starts to get that tingling, pins and needles feeling after maybe 30 seconds of contract and release. I also get the feeling in some other positions but the couch position is the only one that I consistently get the feeling.
