my left side is tighter than a drum. My lower rib occasionally has the muscles twitch around it, as well as the lats and sometimes the pec, especially after hunching over for long periods of time or on days when there are lots of upper body. No pain when exercising, just mostly the annoying little twitches in. When I went on the couragous ball the rib area almost hurt to the touch on that side.
