Getting some weird pain my T-Spine. I recently subluxed a rib (back in July(, and since it’s healed I have been getting some pain in my thoracic when I am in flexion. Back squatting seems to aggravate it the next day. I’ve done a ton of T-spine mobility, nothing seems to fix it. Thoughts?
