        I was just wondering if anyone would post a link or explain the theory behind using a band when stretching. I think I remember an episode of mobilitywod where Kelly explained it. Something to do with the joint capsule? Obviously don´t remember very well at all or what episode it was, so if anyone would be so kind to help out… =)
