      If you had to choose a single ideal mobility exercise for each of the three main lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press) + the overhead press, which would they be?
      I always open the “by workout” option in the app, but the choice it offers seems a bit arbitrary. Sometimes, it hits the spot, and sometimes, it doesn’t feel helpful at all. I was hoping you could give a curated selection or tell me how to decide on one myself.
