      Regardless if you have stenosis,disc,nerve or something compressed at the back should you 

      thinks of decompression movements of the back along with strengthening. I myself have stenosis as a result of many years
      of skiing,soccer,and waterskiing. I like all the things that Stewart McGill who has Back fit pro web sight
      but any routines, dynamic stretches, comments or mobilitywod progressions of the back are welcome.
