        After finishing my third set of low bar back squatting (Rippetoe-style) this morning, I noticed a wicked case of tennis elbow on both elbows. This basically means that the outside of my elbows, just above the joint, felt very sore and painful.

        There are plenty of resources around the Internet regarding motor control fixes—I think my elbows just dropped too low and the weight was shearing across the joint.
        Does anyone know of any mobilizations or techniques that could help alleviate the pain and also work on preventing it from happening in the future?
