I got my cast off a couple of weeks ago (it was on for six weeks) for a stress fracture to my tarsal navicular. I am working my way back to walk / run / exercise like I used to and am dealing with the following:
1) Gaining strength in my foot
2) Regaining mobility and strength in ankle / ligaments, etc.
