Why was the Super-D “Donnie Thompson” Shoulder Capsule Mobilization (that uses a band to reset the shoulder into the back of the socket) removed from the Supple Leopard 2.0 book?
It was in Version 1 but not in 2; all that remains is the same Kettlebell capsule mob in Version 2.
Is there a reason that Kelly removed it? Does he no longer recommend it? Thanks!
That wob wasn’t as effective as the kettle bell one. That stretch in the back of the shoulder with the kettle bell is yummy.
