      I have been doing a pretty intense workout lately. The problem I’m having now I can’t straighten my arms. I know it’s going to be a few days to get used to this. What can I do in the meantime? Thanks for your comments and ideas :((

      Voodoo bands on the elbows and just work them through the most range you can for a couple minutes each a couple times a day. Wrap the band about 50% tension.
