The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
This is something I’ve been working on forever, but I just can’t get any change.
When I hang from a bar with straight arms, I feel severe restriction and moderate pain kind of in the middle deltoid area and it radiates down on the outside of the upper arm. By the feeling of it, this is something that really limits my overhead mobility.
Anyone dealt with anything similar?
