Would it be better to be standing all the time (class, library, watching TV etc) in terms of restoring back to normal function, or is too much standing up bad? When I say standing ofc I’m thinking in terms of MWOD standing squeezing the butt, brace the pelvis by keeping belly tight etc – Thoughts, concerns, suggestions? Thanks!
If you are standing in an organized position standing at some points is beneficial.
