I am struggling to keep my feet straight in the (assisted) bottom squat position. I am currently unable to sit in the bottom squat position as I fall backwards,
I am focusing and repeating the pistol squat videos from the 14 day challenge, just wondering if I should be prioritising any other mobility work as I have not seen a video that discusses the feet turning outwards.
