      Hey guys,

      I’ve got a few issues while low bar squatting and I’m looking for some advice on how to fix it. My issue is that my right foot is slightly behind my left foot when squatting and tilts slightly outwards at higher weights, this image is how my feet are positioned during a squat before the descent. My right hip seems to be lower in the hole of the squat, here’s a video that hopefully should help highlight that along with the foot positioning issue.
      Any advice or help would be extremely appreciated,

      Have you aligned your feet?
      Picture and video don’t load.
      Have you been to a chiro to see if your hips are aligned?
      Have you addressed ankle, heel cord, foot mobility?
      Hip mobility?
