I’ve got a few issues while low bar squatting and I’m looking for some advice on how to fix it. My issue is that my right foot is slightly behind my left foot when squatting and tilts slightly outwards at higher weights, this imageis how my feet are positioned during a squat before the descent. My right hip seems to be lower in the hole of the squat, here’s a video that hopefully should help highlight that along with the foot positioning issue.
Any advice or help would be extremely appreciated,
