      Hello Mobility WOD,

I have an issue with my lower back, I think I have a protruding disc around my L4/L5/S1 area. Every time I go to squat or deadlift I always here a pain free pop in that area, Im not sure if I should be worried about this or not. In addition, whenever I go to sit indian style, I cant sit up completely straight and I feel my spine slightly protruding out in the L4-S1 area. My lower back (on both the right and left side) has many knots between the spinal cord and hip. In addition, my hips have become extremely tight since this injury has begun.

I fractured my ankle 2 years ago playing basketball and had a grade 2 AC separation on my left shoulder last year snowboarding. In addition, I have flat feet.
If anyone has any ideas ,suggestions, or medical recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!
      Best,
      Amir Abolghassem

Recommend seeing a doctor or practitioner to determine what exactly is going on.
Don’t wait for there to be pain. It is a lagging indicator.
Has anyone taken a look at your squat or dead lift mechanics/movement patterns?
