So, looking at the above collage you can see my shoulders are doing funky things while I snatch. This was taken last year, I’ve since stopped because the pain became too great and at one point I couldn’t lift my arms up. I still have minor pain when my arm is directly overhead. I feel I have good flexibility, especially in my squat, but these shoulders are giving me trouble. What do you guys think the issue(s) is/are?
