Tagged: Clicking shoulder
Can someone help me understand what’s happening when my shoulder is clicking?
The snapping is at the front of the shoulder right where the pec meets the shoulder. It clicks when I reach my arm forward, for example to pick something up off my desk when sitting. (Think long lever front rack). The click usually happens when I start to bring my arm back to my body
It’s not painful but want to try and fix it. If I understand what’s happening, then I can try to figure what to mobilise?
Thanks in advance, any suggestions/help appreciated!
I’d recommend getting it checked out so you know exactly what is gaing on. This will help you to know where to start.
Did you do something to your shoulder when this started?
