Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
My 10th rib on the left side sticks out further than my other ribs. I have no acute injury to reference. I just happened to notice a while back that sometimes when i breathed under load i would feel a pop in the area around this rib. It isn’t painful, it is just weird. Sometimes, when i do a large volume of pressing or kipping/butterfly movements, the area gets tender. The only thing I have read about that is similar is slipping rib syndrome. I have been to a few doctors and all the imaging comes back fine and they don’t see anything to worry about but it is strange to me that that one rib is a little further out than the others and something is possibly moving in there. Any ideas?
