SLAP Lesion grade 1. I was told to stretche the rear shoulder capsuale. Am i right to do the sholder capsuale mobilization with a kettlebell and the ” Super -D” Variation? It hurts when i do it, but gets better afterward. What ells should i do? Thank you.

Hello Koosh, did you have grade 1 too? How was the recovery? My doctor says i don’t need sugery but it fucks me up. I want to lift heavy again.
Hi- I never knew the extent until post surgery- the labrum is funny in that sometimes the MRI doesn’t present everything, even with dye. I have torn both labrums playing basketball- one was SLAP and they had to staple the bicep tendon back to the arm. After a few months everything was back to normal.
